Bluesky continues to commit to being a company that is of and for the American Samoa community by supporting events that promote our youth and our people. Bluesky especially recognizes the importance of investing in the empowerment of our community’s young women, which is why they have proudly presented their Diamond Sponsorship for the 2021 Miss American Samoa Pageant. As the preferred telecommunications provider in American Samoa, their Diamond Sponsorship is a combination of in-kind services and a monetary donation for a total value of $10,000.

Miss American Samoa Inc. (M.A.S.I.) has made it their mission to empower American Samoa’s young women by creating a space to showcase their talent, intelligence, and pride in their beautiful culture. This year’s pageant theme is “Resilience in Times of Adversity”, which is not only fitting because of the many challenges that young women face on a daily basis, but also because of the adversity that our community as a whole has faced with COVID-19 and the resulting separation from or loss of loved ones. However, amidst these trials, M.A.S.I. is committed to showing that our young women and our community as a whole is strong and resilient through this year’s pageant, and Bluesky is proud to be a major part of this effort to develop young female role models, not only for our young women, but for the entire American Samoa community. 

The 2021 Miss American Samoa Pageant will be held at the Lee Auditorium on November 5th at 7:00 PM.
