What is the ACP?
•The Affordable Connectivity Program provides support for broadband services and certain devices to help low-income households stay connected during the COVID-19 pandemic.
•Through this program Bluesky will provide a discount of up to $30 per month towards broadband service for eligible households.
•The Affordable Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household.
How can we qualify?
A household is eligible if one member of the household meets at least one of the criteria below:

Has an income that is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or participates in certain assistance programs, such as ASNAP or the FCC’s Lifeline program;

Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year;

Experienced a substantial loss of income through job loss or furlough since February 29, 2020, and the household had a total income in 2020 at or below $99,000 for single filers and $198,000 for joint filers or meets the eligibility criteria for a participating provider’s existing low-income or COVID-19 program.
Does my family qualify?
Only one person per household can qualify for the ACP. The definition of a “household” is anyone living at an address (including children, relatives, people not related to you, etc.) who share income(s) and household expenses.
